Major events are back in our town – and after the extraordinary success of the Harlow Town Show and the opening of our brand-new Town Park Bandstand, Harlow Council is bringing you another huge event completely free of charge.
On Saturday 19 September 2026, thousands of us will come together again as our new Bandstand welcomes the world-renowned Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra for an unforgettable Last Night of the Proms-style concert.
Flags waving. Thousands singing Jerusalem, Land of Hope and Glory and Rule, Britannia! And a spectacular fireworks finale to finish the night.
This is exactly what we built our new Bandstand for.
For generations, this special place brought Harlow together. Now the Bandstand is back, major events are back and, following an incredible Town Show weekend, we're creating new memories for a new generation.
And best of all, Harlow Council is making it completely free for Harlow residents to enjoy. No tickets. No admission charge. Bring your family. Bring your friends. Wave your flags and join us.
World-class music. Harlow talent. One town celebrating together.
We're putting Harlow back on the map, delivering on our promises and Building Harlow's Future.
I can't wait to see you there.
